In the framework of Quick Scan Manual, which is the 3rd – still under development- material in the framework of the project, students had the opportunity to visit companies (either online or face to face) and interview entrepreneurs.
Students’ trainers counseled them on formulating their questions and students felt more confident to discuss with entrepreneurs about Values and Ethics and most importantly debating – in an informal way – about Ethical dilemmas.
These visits showcased many different skills that students should have when starting their career, such as critical thinking, problem solving and of course empathy; the latter actually helped them realising how easy it is to judge someone for his/her choices but when it comes to your own decision, it gets rather complicated…
